Perfect and quiet location, and meals were good!!!

Had a peaceful stay during our city break. The staff was extremely helpful and the owner too. There was lots of bars and cafés to choose from. Stayed in this property for 3 nights and loved our choice.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and ideal for a couple's stay.

The room was spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning views of the ducks and swans swimming by. the location was fantastic, with a great brewery just a short walk away, and many popular attractions within walking distance. the hosts, Paul and Rob, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations and immediate responses to our texts, they truly exceeded our expectations. I only wish we had more time to spend there and will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing and romantic stay at this houseboat. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed, and the added goodies and little touches made our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was excellent and we enjoyed exploring the East of the city. The room itself was clean, lovely, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially liked the outside sitting area. we highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway.

Loved the air-conditioned room and the river views from the terrace. Free WiFi was a bonus. Schiphol airport is so close, I could practically hop on a plane. Neat!

Oh, I just hated everything about this place. Absolutely terrible!
